Jessica Spencer, DDS

Focus areas

Originally from Utah, Dr. Spencer studied Microbiology at Weber State University in her home town. She had a long familiarity with the dental field, working first as a dental assistant through college. There she discovered her passion for patient care and her desire to make patients comfortable while in her chair. In 2005 she moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she attended dental school at Marquette University, earning a scholarship for academics and making the Dean’s list.

After dental school, Jessica enjoyed spending a year with our country’s veterans during her general residency at the Milwaukee VA hospital. She loved working with those patients and hearing the incredible stories they had to share. She continued her dental career in Wisconsin until 2017.

Jessica enjoys growing with fun new advances in dentistry, and the nerd in her loves taking continuing education courses. When she’s not taking care of patients, she and her husband enjoy spending time with their three children and dog Nola. Jessica is excited to be back out West near the mountains and her family.

“Dr. Spencer and staff are the best. I dislike dentists but they make me feel so welcome and comfortable.”

Alexander Reimann, DDS

Focus areas

I grew up in a family dedicated to dentistry. My father was a dentist, and my mother worked as a dental assistant. Because of their example, I learned to value oral health from a young age. I saw how my family helped patients and supported our community. As a result, I wanted to follow in my father’s footsteps. However, growing up, I also discovered a passion for computers, design, and technology.

At eighteen, I started a media company and found success in the fast-growing online world. This work allowed me to be creative and help clients. Even so, something was missing. I wanted more personal connections, like the ones my father built with his patients.

Therefore, I returned to my first dream of becoming a dentist. Over time, I found a way to combine creativity with the joy of caring for people. After eight years of college, including four at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, I achieved that dream. Today, dentistry is both my career and my calling. Most importantly, it gives me joy every day.

I could not have reached this point without my family. My wife, Shannon, is a skilled dental hygienist and has always supported me. In addition, we are blessed with three wonderful children: Sophie (born 2010), Levi (born 2013), and Luke (born 2017). Finally, their encouragement inspires me to give my best to my patients and my community.

Karen Beck, DDS

Focus areas

Dr. Karen Beck studied Biochemistry at UCLA, and then graduated from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2001. She and her husband moved up north to Humboldt County, CA, where they lived for many years. In 2017, she sold her beloved practice and moved with her family to the Boise area for its beautiful nature and family-friendly culture.

Dr. Beck’s favorite aspect of practicing dentistry is the chance to make connections and learn from a huge variety of people from all walks of life. She feels strongly about practicing in a manner that helps each individual patient feel comfortable, by learning what each person’s goals and concerns are about their oral health. She loves all forms of restorative dentistry and has many years of experience making Cerec same-day crowns.

Dr. Beck is very excited to be working in an office with several other wonderful doctors. The collaboration and daily sharing of knowledge is a truly unique environment that raises the standard of care for all the patients in the office. She is also thrilled with the local environment and opportunities for her two sons. The whole Beck family is so grateful to have landed in the Treasure Valley.

“I have complete confidence in Dr Beck as my care provider.”
