Our team offers two different savings plans so each patient receives the care they need. The plan that is right for you will be determined by our office, based on a thorough examination of your oral health needs.

Essential Plan

Everyday preventive care, with savings on treatment.

2 cleanings per year

Here’s exactly how the plan works, so there are no surprises.

Active for 1 year

Enrollment is active for 1 year from the date you enroll. The plan won’t auto-renew. You’ll get a notification 30 days before the end of the 12-month period, with an option to renew seamlessly.

Paid for each person

Enrollment fees are paid for each person and are non-transferable. Fees paid are not refundable.

20% off, paid at the visit

To receive the 20% discount on included services, payment must be made in full at the time of service. Payment plans may be available if needed, but they won’t qualify for the fee discount.
